Craig D. Bronsnick is an attorney in the Corporate & Transactional department of OlenderFeldman LLP. Craig counsels a wide array of business clients on matters of business formation, structure, contracts, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory compliance, governmental process management, negotiations and the facilitation of deals & solutions.

Specifically, Craig handles purchase agreements, services agreements, employment/independent contractor agreements, operating agreements, bylaws, subscription agreements, private placement memoranda, protected health information compliance manuals, corporate compliance manuals, due diligence and corporate binder management.

As is often necessary for broader transactions, Craig works closely with the Olender team on commercial real estate investments, development, leases, land use, and closings.

Craig also serves as legal counsel to health care providers such as physicians, physician practices, physician groups, surgery centers, surgical practices, physical therapy centers, drug and alcohol rehabilitation facilities, home health agencies, nursing homes, durable medical equipment companies, and pharmaceutical companies, as well as telemedicine and biomedicine software providers. While there is substantial overlap between general business law practice and health care, there are additional complexities to consider in the health care arena. Craig handles matters involving Anti-Kickback & Self-Referral laws, protected health information disclosure compliance (HIPAA, state laws, 42 CFR Part 2), licensing & registrations, compliance policies, and reimbursement underpayments, denials, or disputes (major medical private insurance, PIP, Worker’s Compensation, Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, ERISA TPAs).

Before coming to OlenderFeldman, Craig worked at a well-known health care law department in one of New Jersey’s largest firms.
