New Jersey Paid Sick Leave Act – effective October 29, 2018

The New Jersey Paid Sick Leave Act goes into effect on October 29, 2018.  The Act applies to all New Jersey Employers.  It provides for mandatory sick leave to employees, including part-time, student, and seasonal workers.  For more information, follow this link:
