Regina is responsible for the formation of companies, initial drafting of company governing documents, stock option agreements, consulting agreements, and keeping our clients compliant in the states in which they conduct business. Regina tracks all of our clients’ registered trademarks to ensure that renewal deadlines are met and registrations remain active.  In addition to trademark filings, Regina also handles all of our clients’ copyright needs.

Regina formerly served as the Corporate Paralegal Manager at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Prior to that, she worked as a Bankruptcy Legal Assistant at Davis Polk & Wardwell. She received her B.A. in Communications from Fordham University.
