Louis Felicetta

Louis Felicetta focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial and construction litigation, commercial and residential real estate transactions, municipal land-use applications, real estate tax appeals, and bankruptcy.  Experience, efficiency, and results are the true hallmarks of value and Lou strives to bring these qualities to every one of his clients’ causes. Lou engages in a practical business approach to problem solving and addresses the key issues of a matter while focusing on both the tactical and economic aspects of the case.

Lou graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1996 with a B.A. in History. He then attended Widener University School of Law, graduating in 2000. After serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the President Judge of the Bucks County (PA) Court of Common Pleas for the 2000-2001 term, Lou entered private practice. Before joining OlenderFeldman, LLP, Lou was a member and partner in one of the largest law firms in Ocean County (NJ) for over 15 years.  He is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2000), and the United States District Court of New Jersey (2000). Since 2013 Lou has been recognized by Martindale Hubbell as AV Rated attorney—its highest possible rating.  New Jersey Monthly Super Lawyers also named Lou a “Rising Star” for the years 2009-2010 and 2012-2014.

Lou’s interests are also drawn toward public service. As a longtime resident of Ocean County, NJ, he enjoys being involved in the community. Lou is actively involved in community service, public affairs, and politics and is currently, or has been previously, a member of various business, municipal, political, and charitable organizations.
