Sean Rose

Sean Rose is a Senior Associate at OlenderFeldman where he focuses on litigation matters. Sean represents corporations and businesses of all sizes in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums across multiple jurisdictions.  Sean’s practice includes shareholder, member, and partnership disputes; contractual disputes (including technology-based agreements, leasing agreements, purchase agreements); intellectual property disputes (trademark and copyright); restrictive covenant disputes (including non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality/trade secret provisions); and construction claims.

Although Sean has a consistent record of obtaining favorable outcomes for his clients, he prides himself on being more than just a “litigator.” When strategizing the approach to any matter, Sean works to dissect both the client’s business and the process to move the dispute (and the business) forward towards achieving positive and practical outcomes.  Sean also routinely counsels clients on ancillary business matters that arise during the course of his representation.

Prior to joining the firm, Sean worked at the Newark office of a large law firm representing businesses and insurance companies in a wide variety of commercial, insurance coverage, and professional liability matters. Sean also completed a judicial clerkship for the Hon. Angela White Dalton, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Sean earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law. At Rutgers, Sean was a Dean’s Scholar, an Associate Developments Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and earned the Dean’s Publico Award for Exceptional Service at graduation.
