Prior to joining the Firm, Jillian was a senior corporate associate with Hand Baldachin & Associates LLP, where she advised clients in the fashion & lifestyle and consumer product industries on a wide range of corporate matters. Jillian began her legal career at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where she represented private equity funds and their portfolio companies in acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and equity financings.
